Each Visual Lease client is assigned an implementation manager, who will not only help you get up and running, but will support you throughout the course of our relationship. GETTING YOU UP AND RUNNING
Visual Lease has a dedicated team that will make the setup and implementation process effortless. We’ll work with you to determine the best approach and manage the project effectively. The Visual Lease Implementation Roadmap includes a Business Process Integration, Needs Analysis, System Configuration, and Deployment.
Hands-on training is provided to maximize your effectiveness and efficiency with Visual Lease. Training is conducted by your Implementation Manager on-site or over the web in either full day or half day sessions. Training sessions provide an excellent forum for best practice sharing.
|Data Entry / Migration from Existing Databases
Visual Lease can input new data into the system, or migrate it from another database. We manage all aspects of the migration process and work with your real estate and technology people to coordinate the process. We will assist you in mapping the incoming data, data review and testing.
Visual Lease can integrate with most major accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP and more. Often, the Visual Lease standard output can be easily configured for upload, but sometimes a customer interface is required. The Visual Lease technology team can assist you in developing a time and cost saving integration.
|Lease File Organization
Compilation of all leases, rent bills and correspondence into a consistent format to ensure completeness.
Preparation of comprehensive abstracts of leases, including amendments, modifications and renewals. This provides an accurate source of up-to-date information.
All required lease documents, abstracts and related documents can be scanned, indexed (book-marked) and cross-referenced in Visual Lease. With the source document scanned, saved in a shared location and linked to Visual Lease, users at any location have access to all lease documents
For those rent bills which require audits of landlord’s books and records, the full resources of our affiliate, KBA Lease Services, are available to identify and recover overcharges. This can prove to be a valuable source of revenue that can fund the entire software implementation and data entry process.
