Visual Lease is a client/server system which can be used via internet.  The client program is installed on each workstation while the database is installed on a server.  The client program connects to the database through your network or the internet, making Visual Lease easily accessible from anywhere.  The Visual Lease database is based on Microsoft SQL Server.
