Marc E. Betesh

Founder and President of Visual Lease since its inception in 1995.  Mr. Betesh is one of the country’s leading experts on lease construction, lease expenses and effective lease negotiation strategies.  In addition to running Visual Lease, Mr. Betesh also the President of KBA Lease Services, the signature firm in lease auditing.

Prior to establishing Visual Lease and KBA Lease Services, Mr. Betesh practiced law in New York City where he negotiated commercial leases.  He received his BA from Temple University and his JD from Georgetown University. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars. He is consistently ranked among the “top-rated faculty” at CoreNet Global Learning and is a frequent lecturer on lease topics at New York University’s Real Estate Institute, AECRE (Attorneys and Executives in Corporate Real Estate), American Bar Association, Association of the Bar of the City of New York, ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), and the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Christopher Werely

Chris is responsible for the strategic direction of Visual Lease’s sales, service and software development.  Chris’ expertise and background is comprised of both real estate and technology.  He has experience running a successful real estate investment and management company as well as leading sales and services teams in the technology sector. Prior to joining Visual Lease, Chris led a business development department in the financial services industry. Prior to that he worked for a high growth technology company where he built a client services department focusing on implementation, customer service, and sales support for a web-based human resources solution. Chris has a BS in Management Information Systems from Clarkson University.

Bonnie Briand
Vice President, Client Services

Bonnie joined Visual Lease in August 2006. She utilizes her 22 years of operational real estate expertise in corporate service lease management, asset management, financial analysis and accounting to manage client services and customer support.  Bonnie is also a member of the product management team. Prior to joining Visual Lease, Bonnie worked for a leading corporate service provider as the Director of Lease Administration.  She managed a team who administered leases for third party clients. Prior to that, Bonnie worked for a real estate corporation where she was responsible for the lease, insurance and property tax administration. Bonnie studied Communication Arts at the University of Alabama, Birmingham and holds an Alabama Real Estate License. She currently sits on the board of Music at Saint Mary’s, a baroque and early classical music concert series developed to bring world class musical talent to the general public for free.
