Visual Lease is looking for a top-notch, experienced programmer to play a senior role in our development process. Our development team works closely with our real estate experts to design and build powerful, yet easy to use web-based software to manage commercial real estate leases.

Being part of a small team means having a lot of responsibility, and a lot of influence over the development process. You will be directly contributing to the success of the team and the company in a highly visible way. As a key member of the team, you will be working with talented developers to develop cutting edge web applications.

Responsibilities

Participate in the software development process through the entire system life-cycle, including:

• Database and application development for new and existing applications
• System design and architecture support
• Operations and implementation support
• Research and implement new technologies
• Troubleshoot reported software or data issues

Technical Requirements

• Expert SQL Server developer including T-SQL with at least 3 years experience
• Expert ASP.Net developer with at least 3 years experience
• Expert C# developer with at least 1 year experience
• Strong Experience with HTML, JavaScript and CSS
• Familiarity with VB.Net
• Familiarity with ASP.Net AJAX
• Understanding of Object Oriented Programming

Education & Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 4 years IT experience

Desired Skills

• Experience with Infragistics controls
• Experience with AJAX Control Toolkit
• Experience with VB 5
• Experience developing database models
• Experience with automated testing tools
• Real estate or accounting industry experience
